Trying to buy best chocolate for general health (here in the southeastern USA) trying to find the best. I have no health problems at all.
At Walmart, I get Hershey's Sticks All Natural Extra Dark 60% cocao Dark Chocolate.

I love the convenience of Individually wrapped sticks.

Per Stick:

60 calories
Calories from fat 35
Total fat 4 g
Sat. fat 2.5 g
Cholesterol 0
Sodium 0
Carbs 6 g
Sugars 4 g

Any other dark chocolates (individual wrapped, hopefully) that I can try.
I keep these chocolate sticks frozen at all times for more enjoyment.

i go with the sams choice extra dark chocoalte, 70% cocoa. one square has 55 calories, 30 from fat, 3.5g of fat, no cholesterol or sodium. Also cocoa is a powerful source of antioxidants with help both in weight loss and to fight free radicals, which are the cells that have potential to eventually become cancerous.

I forget what brand I eat, but it's square, and has almonds in it. I think this is especially good to get my fats from the nuts, they say you should eat them anyways, so why not in a tasty chocolate.

The company that makes it also makes a variety of all sorts of different chocolates other than dark, all square bars, so if you pass them make sure to take a look.

I usually eat it with a protein shake for an all around well balanced snack.
