I'm 25 years old, single, an executive in a big company in New York City, my immediate lady supervisor is sexually harassing me by means of touching my private part everytime she get a chance, I already wanr her to stop. Should I file complain to our Human Resource?

Yup, you should....and start looking for another job immediately.
Once she finds out, be prepared to be terminated.
The company will have to pay for wrongful termination IF she's found liable.
But, that will be 3-5 years later with delays in court.

Dangerous territory, but better to move forward without burning bridges.
If you leave on a good note - before they terminate you, your file will read "Eligible for rehire" - good for other companies to know when pursuing another job.
