as long as he is clean (no diseases of any kind) ur fine nothing will happen just make sure he is disease free other wise u'll get w/e disease he has

It is possible to get an STD. If the guy is clean you will either enjoy the taste or learn that you really hate it.

Aids, clamdiyia of the mouth, yeast infection of the mouth. Herpes of the mouth. I can go on and on, if the concern of taste out weighs the listed choices then by all means go and do it. Really, that is pretty disgusting personally? But, it is freedom of choice.

Semen is a body fluid, so certain diseases CAN be transmitted this way. Do not have any swapping of bodily fluids with anyone that you aren't certain doesn't have diseases.
