To take out a County Court Judgment, you have to go to the nearest County Court and ask for the forms to apply for a judgement. They will give you the forms with full instructions how to fill them out. Read these instructions carefully because if you don't fill them in as requested, they will be rejected. You then hand the forms back in and pay the appropiate fee. The amount you pay depends on the value of any goods you are claiming damages for. The scale of charges will be with the forms you recieve. You will then be given a date and time for a hearing. If you win the Judgement, then you claim your costs back.
