if one person has two dwi's in texas, if that person moves to another state, does it follow him to that state?

Yes. They will run and attach your driving history in whatever state you're going to.

We are living in an 'all electronic age' and EVERY state's Dept. of Motor Vehicles records are electronically linked together. What ever crime you commit in one state - the next state will have access to the info.
Years ago, before this 'electronic age' link - people could go to another state, behave themselves and no one would know what they left behind........................ NOT ANYMORE!!!!!

Yes they do. All states have reciprocity with each other when it comes to the Dep't of Transport

The DUI in Texas will follow you unless you get your records expunged. It is possible after several years of no violations or if you were a juvenile when the charges, arrest and conviction. Talk to a lawyer. In this case they may be able to help!
