I dropped my Canon 530 and the lense stuck. ( Wouldn't close all the way or open all the way. ) After jiggling it around for a bit it seemed to work but now, and it may be my imagination, it seems that the pictures are just not as sharp as they were before. Any suggestions?

Try putting the camera in auto mode..
Press the shutter half way down so it focuses and you see
the green square.. Now if the photo looks out of focus
the only thing you can do it send it in for repairs...

You know once you drop the camera the warranty is void,
so you just might want to buy another one...

If you're not sure if the focus isn't as sharp, try getting one of the photos developed first and then see. If the photo looks fine, it might just be the screen on the camera.

If the camera dropped, it could have damaged one of the internal mirrors that affect the focus. Try taking it into Ritz or another camera place for repair. Or, you can always put it on Ebay as is and someone will buy it for parts.
