It is very important that you drink enough water. Without water you will have difficulty thinking clearly. How is the electricity supposed to spark in your brain without water?
There could be other culprits also.
Go to your family physician and request a panel of blood tests. It could be as simple as a thyroid condition which is easily treatable.
Or, depression can cause people to have great difficulty concentrating.
In any case, drink some water, and go schedule an appt.
