I use to weight train religiously, then I stopped for two years, anyways, I've picked it back up for the last 3 weeks, I know what I am doing as I have plenty of experience before training....but I've been procrastinating this day....the first day back for legs....you know it's gonna be pain and soreness tomorrow.....

Lol, the first motivation is good enough, I am gone! Hehe, I am 180 and 5'11, but the motivations I usually get and give are "lift that weight you fat ***, my grandma would lift that. And she's in a wheelchair!"

Us ladies love us some hard muscles :)
I did weights yesterday in a group exercise class. Sore today, but I will still do step class at lunch time anyway.
