I am trying to potty train my 2 year old little girl, but she refuses to make on the newspaper I have laid out in the kitchen, any tips?

make her stand there and watch while you go on the paper. Sooner or later she will be takin shits on the kitchen floor all the time

Well if you are potty training a child (I don't mean this as rude as it may sound) then you really need to let her potty in the potty. I mean using the bathroom on newspaper isn't really going to help her learn to go to the toilet, and peeing on paper isn't a trait that will be widely accepted once she reaches adulthood. I trained my son to potty by putting real underwear on him so he could feel the pee if he went and realize it wasn't pleasant (diapers and Pull ups pull the moisture away so it isn't unpleasant) and then I gave him alot to drink and took him to the bathroom every 20-30 minutes all day (which sucked that first day) and then after that he started telling me he had to go and the rest is history. And not in a wierd way but for them to watch you go to the bathroom helps to, like I said not like watch to see something they don't need to see but to know you are pottying and that it's okay kids like to be like mommy and daddy so if they see you go it makes it something grown up and fun. Don't worry she will get it but ditch the paper in the kitchen and take her to the toilet.

for a start you dont go toilet in the kitchen!!!! she aint no way gunna potty train like that....good god!!!!! get a potty or toilet seat for the adult toilet
oh maybe contact childline cuz tht is disgusting!!!!!!!!!
