workout is the quickest, maximum budget friendly thank you to maintain your self from last depressed. Counselors can help yet they are able to be costly and the outcomes are actually not on the spot (yet perhaps longer lasting than different techniques). call your pals and get out of the homestead. do not drink because of fact alcohol, as you probably already understand, is a depressant and you will sense even worse the next day (except you meet somebody on the bar, yet that for the period of no way occurs once you want it to).

Get involved in community activities, church, volunteering, etc.; anything where you can meet people, make friends, etc. (Some of them may even be guys!!!) It's not hard -- everyone feels the same, especially moving to a new area. Best wishes, my friend!

See a doctor, there is medication for depression. You shouldn't need to have a boyfriend to be happy.

Work-out,specially if you don't do often.Set a goal and try to over come your limits.Push yourself and see how much you can take, take all this reserved energy and used it inward.
