Well you have to think of why she would want you back.. Did you hurt her by the things you did or did you leave on mutual terms? You have to also keep in mind if she still cares for you or not... If the relationship ended nicely then maybe she'll want you back but if it was rough and hurtful, then you might want to buzz off... As a woman i know that the only way i would accept a guy back is 1. if i still care for him and 2. if he's really willing to give it the best he's got the time (nothing says commitment than an engagement ring)..

Hey D Im a girl and I have got a great idea on how you can get your girl back If I where you I would first make her feel special and Important you could buy her a box of chocs and some roses . And then wait for her to feel comfortable again and earn her respect then when u take her out.Take her to a place that plays music and dedecate a romantic song to her. But hey u dont have take my advice Im only 13 years old but it works on me every time!!!

let her come back to you (which is the best option)
2) get in contact with her
do not express ur feelings to her (this will add pressure to the situation) just act normal, normal friendlt talk, built a bond with her, show her that u r a better person and the best candidate

Ah, man I feel your pain. I really do- we've all been there.
Jealousy is a powerful emotion, use it to your advantage. Move on with your life and date beautiful women and let her find out about it. that's your best shot.

"do i have people around me that really and truely care for me?" if you can answer no to the first, and yes to the second, then you can move on, remember, I love you as a human being and your family love's you, sometimes that's all you need to hear.

Well really what you want is the flame you had with her. Your feelings are targeting her because you want her. So, to get her back play her fantasties in realitys. Meaning what ever she wants do it.
