What is yo son disabled from doing?

My ex-husband is disabled, when we were married, I started receiving a small check from social security disability. When my daughter was born, she started receiving one. After the birth of my son, the social security office sent me a letter saying that we couldn't receive any more money, but they would split what we were getting into 3 separate checks. When I divorced, the judge ordered the 3 checks to be a form of child support. My advice would be to contact your nearest Social Security office, they are there to help.

I don't know if its state or federal, you can check with a lawyer. Where I live the child of a disabled parent can get a check because the parent can't work & take care of them.
