Sounds like it ... the yellow foamy stuff usually means that the dog has an empty stomach. The bathroom thing is very concerning - was it diarrhea, or solid? If it was solid, I'd lean toward the dog being emotionally upset by the absence of your grandmother and the subsequent move to an unfamiliar house .... if it's diarrhea, the dog is definitely sick and should be taken to a vet fairly quickly. Actually, going to the vet wouldn't be a bad idea regardless.

Good luck with it.

Throwing up "yellow foam" is usually bile from a dog's empty stomach. This can happen for a number of resons (the dog may have a type of doggie "acid reflux" or just an upset stomach.) It may be nothing to worry about - but it could be serious. Also, If he is going to the bathroom on the bed and it is a "loose" stool then he might very well be sick. I would keep an eye on him and at least give the vet a call. You can describe the symptoms to the vet and get a professional course of action. Also, contacting a vet would ve you peace of mind too.
Good luck and I hope the puppy (and your grandmother) feels better soon.

If he has thrown up more than 3 times in a day you need to take him to a vet. It may be just he is missing your grandmother, but if he is sticking to his usual daily routine and is doing nothing out of the norm to upset his tummy then he may be sick. Best to take him to the vet so they can give you some medicine to help settle him.
Hope all goes well.

I'd call the vet. It may be nothing serious, but better safe than sorry. Are you sure the dog hasn't eaten anything he shouldn't have? He hasn't been eating when of those recalled wet foods, has he? Check www.menufood.com to find out.

I'M SO SORRY YOUR GRAMA IS SICK, SEND HER OUR PRAYERS FOR A QUICK RECOVERY, THE DOG PROBABLY MISSES HER AND NEEDS TO KNOW SHE IS COMING BACK. TRY SOME RICE BOILED IN CHICKEN BROTH, ALSO GO TO HOSPITAL AND BRING SOMETHING FROM GRAMA THAT SHE WAS WEARING HOME TO THE DOG. SOMETIMES DOGS CAN VISIT, IF YOU TALK TO HOSPITAL. GIVE LOTS OF EXTRA ATTENTION TO DOG AND DONT LEAVE DOG ALONE. CHECK FOOD!! BAD DOG FOOD GOIN AROUND. HOPE ALL IS WELL REALLY SOON.

he must have eaten something bad. Sometimes my dog will eat the cat's food. (he keeps finding new ways to open his crate) He will barf yellow bile and get runny poop. One night he barfed 5 times. He is fine. I have since bought a lock for the crate and he as not figured out how to open it...yet.

Just to be sure of a right answer, call a vets office, and ask them, they should be able to give you the correct answer, and ease your mind
