Im in training at the moment for Rugby (very competitive level) and Im already on Protein shakes and creatine (I dont take creatine all the time but in cycles) but I heard that Muscle Armour is good to take during weights workouts.

Is this true? Or is it a ploy to buy more products.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Understand that suppliment companies are in the business of making money. They will almost always over state their product's claims. Muscle Armor is primarily HMB which has never been shown to have a significant difference in training from when compared to a control group. Arginine, Glutamine and Taurine are frequently found in the protein shake that you are already taken. Taurine is very commonly found in Creatine mixes as well. So I am unconvinced that Muscle Armor will do anything significant for you.
