I have two flowers that twist round each other ,starts at my ankle and stops just under me knee.

when my tattoo is finished later this year it will go from the top of my back at the shoulders all the way down to the bottom of my back so it'll be maybe like fifteen inches by twenty inches or so... i've never actually measured it tho.

If you're talking biggest single piece, hmm, it *might* be me, although I suspect Somebody will be close with hers. Hers might be bigger, hard to say. I suspect I'm larger than she is, but hers will go lower. I haven't measured mine either.
Mine will finish later in the year as well, and starts roughly at the t-shirt line on one arm and to around 3/4 down my back. I have thoughts to expand the other arm (again down to the t-shirt line), but that isn't in the current design & so doesn't count.
I get the idea that Blair is rather bigger & buffer than me by a substantial margin, so when he goes for his backpiece he'll grab this title.

If you go by square inch of ink and not just one piece, I might be in the running for this one. I have 24 tatts, some big some small, including a half sleeve elbow to wrist.

Not me, I would love to have a full back piece but I'm not ready to commit to the design 100% and I'm still trying to map out my back, I have tons of ideas but getting them to flow is the hard part. So far just a little four leaf clover.

Not me-my biggest tattoo is a blue cross on my upper left arm,it's 6"x4".

I have fifteen tattoos (not a single big one) that if combined will be fairly big. But they're spread out, so probably not the biggest.

I have a few lillies that start on my right hip and up to my right shoulder blade but it goes across my back and around onto my stomach and over my ribs...it hurt like a B*tch but I love it to death!!!
