I woke up yesterday and it felt fine, but the more I walked on it the worse it got. The pain is centralized on my knee(almost feels like behind the knee now). I originally thought it would get better after I slept, but when I woke up today I can feel pain even when I'm not moving it. It kinda feels like it's sore, but waaay more intense. what can it be?

Youve probably strained your maniscus or even torn it. If the problem persists I would see a doctor but for now just take aleve.

You may have deep vein thrombosis which is extremely serious! A trip to the doctor is definitely in order!

Only a doctor can determine that. Did you try putting heat on it?
