I am just glad it wasn't for a heart problem or worse...it was Effexor...for panic attacks!

Don't you think I should go to another pharmacy?

No you did not over react. I would have done the same thing. When panick attack s are involved that is in aour nature to do so, that is why we are on meds.

I would have done the same thing, but I also think that it depends on if it happened before and if you had any medication left. I would talk to someone at the pharmacy, but I *would* consider going to a different one if they weren't willing to keep a watch on how they keep track of people's prescription, because it could be a heart medicine or whatever. Good Luck!

Hmmm,It depends how much you blew up. And if you had a few days worth of medication left. Its obvious nobody TRIED to loose you medication. Nobody wants to do that to somebody. Also, its not like you paid for it and THEN they lost it.
Hope things look up for you...
