What's the problem? If they really love each other, then get married! The girl can pay for the expenses now... but the boy must work hard to support a family of his own with the girl. That's what true love is....

I, too, am confused about what exactly this question is doing in Jokes & Riddles. It's neither a joke nor a riddle, more of a dilemma. So how am I to answer? Do I tell you that in today's modern society, it doesn't matter your social strata when it comes to marriage, but compatibility? Or should I point out that they can elope? Or do I simply tell you to repost this question in another section, as I am upset with the fact that a punchline will probably never come? I'm going to go with the latter. Please repost this in another section, as the punchline will never come.

if u think u can live happily with the guy, even if he is not financially sound, think. just dont be blind in love. ten years down the line, when things are not that rosy, will u be loving this guy and comprimising as maybe he wont be able to provide the comforts as u r getting now.
so think, and u can survive , tell ur parents wht u feel.
but believe me, parents know whts good for us.
believe me, iv been through all this n i know.
