My brother-in-law told me once that it meant they want you.
I never would have tolerated any other guy besides my husband to be to spank me, it would piss me off. So, I was very surprised when my hubby to be spanked me, and I thought it was cool! I think it just feels reassuring, like a secret way of him saying "your mine." And that's good, because I want to be his.
