hopefully you talk better than you type or your outta luck man. well it could be that maybe now she is in a relationship now. i'd ask around alittle bit before i made a full of myself. if she is single i wouldn't wait for an opportunity, if you want something bad enough you find ways to create an opportunity. meaning you need to find a reason to talk to her it doesn't have to be something important but hopefully something funny u could say at lunch to her to start the conversation and after that it's all on you.

Dude you need to loosen up. Its a game man. The dating game. And you dont just sit on the sidelines waiting for this girl to come up and say some stuff to you. You gotta make the first move. Show her that is how much you like her.

Don't wait around cause we always do that. We say "ohh i'll ask her next time" and we just keep doing that until she's seeing someone else. So just go up to her and ask her out straight up. Good Luck

Chat with her first. Get to know her a bit, find out her likes and dislikes and what type of person she is. If theres real chemistry and she flirts a little with you and seems pleased when you talk with her then go for it.

first, talk to her, get to meet her, if you don't know her enough. if you two are kinda friends, just ask her out, the fact, that she always smiled at you, means she likes you at some level. find out if she's seeing someone, if this is the reason why she isn't giving you the attention she used to.

OK well it really depends on how much you like this girl. do you like her alot or alittle or do you just want to get to know her? well it wouldnt hurt to ask her to lunch...if she turns you down its no big deal...just dont get all worked up if she says NO.

i would start by making general conversation./..getting to know her better and mayb pay her a compliment and see where that leads to. slowly but surely is best ull know if theres a chemistry. good luck
