About 2 or 3 years ago he was going to be the world champion and he has a brother who is a boxer too i cannot remember his name but I love his boxing style and I think he may have a fight coming up soon that I sure dont want to miss. I think it is something like klitschky or something

Both of them are touted as Ukranian, but were actually born in Kazakhstan. Wlad recently destroyed Ray 'No Offence' Austin, and is being tuted for a unification match with Nikolay Valuev. Vitali Klitscko is coming out of retirement and walking straight into a title fight with Oleg Maskaev on 2nd June, 2007.

The boxer you asking about is Vitali Klichko and he is Ukrainian (not Russian).He was a WBC world champion in 2004 but he retired do to injury in 2005. Now he is coming back again for WBC title on June 2nd 2007.
His brother( Wladimir Klichko) is current IBF champion of the world.

It's Klitchko. There are two of them -- Vitaly and Vladimir. And they are not Russian, they are Ukrainian.
