The best thing to do with her is take walks. It will be good for you and help you lose weight and it will give you time to spend with your daughter talking and exploring. If you walk by a park you can always stop and let her play on bars and swing etc..Also, for diet try South Beach Diet it worked great for me, I lost 30 lbs. Good luck.

Do something that does not involve the TV. Escape the mentality of doing everything in the lounge area. Mst workout videos do not really work you too much, but will more than likelybe too difficult for a 7 year old to follow.
To loose 15 pounds, you need toraise and keep your aerobic level high for about 40 minutes.
Go swimming together. It's one of the best all round excercises. Or bike riding. How about a martial art? Great excercise, but also a good life tool too?

I'm not sure if there are videos, but jumping rope or using a pogo stick are great forms of exercise you could do together. I walk and run with my son - we will walk for a while, then do a little sprint race, then walk again. It is a great way to exercise together, and have a chance to talk too.

Well, I can't give thumbs up, yet, but I agree with dogterhoo. Swimming is one of the most excellent ways to get exercise. Highly aerobic, lots of resistance for strength gain, and almost zero impact on the body for the older folks. Plus, swimming is a lot of fun for kids. You could also find swimming games to help keep her attention.
LOL, now I want to go for a swim, it's been too long!

Jumping on a trampoline is great! So is riding bikes. Anything that is fun and keeps you guys moving is good exercise. Maybe one of those dancing videos.
The key is keep it fun!

That is so cute! Simple things like crunches and jogging. Some Curves For Women centers have mother/daughter classes.

pillatees is great.... i know i spelled it wrong but it really does good. it might be a little too hard for ur daughter tho. Yoga, or any kind of aerobic video would be great for both of you. Go for jogs together too. I think its great that youre working out with her by the way, you must be a great mom
