I am looking for some exercises that are good for my 7 year old daughter and also good for myself. Does anyone know of a video workout that would be safe for her and I to do together?? She isn't fat she just wants to build up her strength for gym class at school. But since we are talking of doing this I would like to loose about 15 to 20 pounds while I am at it. Like I asked... ANY IDEAS????

Dancing......this may sound crazy but dancing for half an hour burns off calories and also if you dance for half an hour before you eat you will never gain weight but remember for half an hour its fun, not boring and you can play your child best song then every ones happy.

I used to do Mousercise all the time w/ my mom & siblings when I was young.

When I was looking online for workout videos for myself, I noticed that Denise Austin has one for kids. You can do that video with your daughter & just make it tougher for you by adding the weights.
