I own a 17 Bedroom hotel with a licenced bar for residents.Are the rooms a no smoking area,and also the bar area is that a no smoking area as it is not open to the general public ?

The simplest answer is YES! You can set aside some rooms on a particualr floors as smoking rooms.

All of your premises will be non smoking completely. The bar area is open to your guests, so it is non smoking too. You will be fined £2,000 if anyone is caught
