My mom is gone for the day & there is no food to eat. i live near a publix (ive only walked there one time) and i was wondering since im 17 do you think it would be a good idea to walk there again or is it dangerous?

By yourself, I believe that you should not walk there. Typically grocery stores attract people who have ill intentions. The parking lots are not only dangerous to pedestrians, but people with bad intentions loiter there.

If you need food, ask a neighbor you trust or get it delivered. Good luck.

How safe is the neighborhood? And, do you know the way without getting lost?

How do you plan on bringing stuff home? Can you carry it that far?

If you go, let someone know first.

Walk if you want--I'm sure you'll be fine. What I'm concerned with is why your mom left you for the day knowing there wasn't any food in the house. What's wrong with her?

depends on how far....if under a mile,sure. but since ur so young call ur mom or someone to let them know where u will be in case something happens
