Drive your car into a deep river, one that opens into a ocean is the best. Make sure to cut yourself and leave some blood. Or do like the people from the movie Open Water did and fake a shark attack. People drown all the time and sometimes a body is never recovered. Happens quite a bit in the Missouri. The only problem is it will take a few years for missing to be become deceased.

Well, you could dig up a body and use your own teeth to construct an accurate dental structure. Then put the body in a car and blow up the car. Make sure that no one sees you until after the morgue identifies you by your teeth and declares you dead. I am in no way telling you to do this and i would be appalled if you were even thinking about it, but this is a way to do it.
