I have been around breeding since i was a little kid. A small dog being with a large male could be deadly. Considering that dogs take after the male in size.

If she were far enough along you would be able to feel for the puppies. All you would have to do is feel her stomach, you would feel individual lumps, and actually be able to count the amount of puppies, if not exact then it would be pretty close.
You will also see her nipples start to drop, due to the fact that they are filling up with milk.

Your best bet is just to take her to the vet, have them take a look and make sure that she is going to have a safe and healthy litter...
For future reference, the female should always be slightly larger than the male she is mating with.

It is a possibility that she could be pregnant. Bring her to the vet and they can check her out for you. They will probably take an x ray of her if she is far enough along that way you can tell 1) how many you are going to have and 2) if they look overly large that she might not be able to pass them you can do something. Either terminating the pregnancy by spaying her or having a c - section done. The vet will help you through this.
Good luck.

Kirsten dont panic! You can bring her to the vets to confirm that she is or is not pregnant. I think you should do this, it will ease your mind and then you will know what to expect. Ask the vet a ton of questions and bring a note pad and write down what they say.

Make an appointment today OK.

Take your dog to the vet. They can tell you whether she's carrying a litter or having other issues. The vet can also advise you what to expect when/if the dog starts delivering pups and how to take care of the pups. Please get your dog spayed once this problem is resolved.

you should take her to the vet...and if she's vomiting that might mean she's pregnant.
