I get my phone calls through Virgin Media and I want to switch to Sky but don't want to change my phone number. Who owns it?

i did this a few months ago and the answer is no you can keep the same number. in fact i have changed service provider four times over recent years and still have original bt no.

i do not think so cause you have to rent a phone line of bt and you get your phone package of sky. i am thinking about doing the same as you

You can keep your own number but you must have a BT line. I enquired myself last week.

call SKY and ask then if you can transport the number over - they shoudl be able to answer your question

your current provider ones the phone-number, but you can port it...its really easy to do...I did, no problems...its the law.....even cell-phone numbers you can port now!!

Sky will sort it all out
