Kangaroo, ostrich, crocodile... what do they taste like? A bit like chicken is usually the answer:)
Chicken nuggets often aren't pure chicken in fast food places - lots of additives, etc.
Maybe you're allergic to all the c**p that's added to them. You could try making your own by deep frying breaded chicken breast chunks, or look out for nuggets with no additives.
I found this recipe for you:

There are some good answers here (someone's given a few of them the thumbs down but that always happens I suppose).
I think they're right in saying it's probably the additives that you're allergic to, rather than the chicken, oil and breadcrumbs. A lot of the fast food co's use these, and the quality of the chicken is questionable anyway. The monosodium glutamate could be your problem - I believe they really pour it on nuggets in some places, it's one of the things that makes them so tasty unfortunately. If they're using bleached chicken, that might not help either.
The second post on here gave you some good advice and a link to an easy recipe - try that. I had a similar allergy to burgers and actually after several months of avoiding the things dared to make my own. Not much of a chef usually but it was summer and the BBQ was calling and we had mince to hand.
Tesco do organic chicken nuggets, by the way. Might be worth trying.

If you're not allergic to ALL chicken entree's , you may just be allergic to something in the batter used for coating the chicken nuggets or the oil used for deep frying. You might be allergic to one store brand or restaraunts nuggets but not others since they use different recipes & some ues different cooking oil (corn oil, safflower oil, canola oil, olive oil, etc.) If it's chicken in general that you're allergic to, try making your own nuggets from turkey, pheasant, dove, duck, cornish hen, rabbit, squirrel or diced pork (it's the "other" white meat)! And we've all heard that snake tastes like chicken! ("Hi ho the derio, a hunting we will go!)

You might be able to try some of the vegan style chicken. But whatever is in the chicken nugget steer clear of that ingrediant.

Well first you have to find out what your allergic to in the Chicken Nuggets.. assuming it isn't chicken or the breading it has to be the seasoning.
So I went to the MacDonalds site and found the ingredients:
White boneless chicken, water, food starch-modified, salt, chicken flavor (autolyzed yeast extract, salt, wheat starch, natural flavoring (botanical source), safflower oil, dextrose, citric acid, rosemary), sodium phosphates, seasoning (canola oil, mono- and diglycerides, natural extractives of rosemary). Battered and breaded with: water, enriched flour (bleached wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), yellow corn flour, food starch-modified, salt, leavening (baking soda, sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium aluminum phosphate, monocalcium phosphate, calcium lactate), spices, wheat starch, whey, corn starch. Prepared in vegetable oil ((may contain one of the following: Canola oil, corn oil, soybean oil, hydrogenated soybean oil, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, partially hydrogenated corn oil with TBHQ and citric acid added to preserve freshness), dimethylpolysiloxane added as an antifoaming agent). CONTAINS: WHEAT AND MILK
Now if its wheat or milk its pretty obvious you need to substitute the breading/dairy for something else.. but I am allegic to soy I break out in a rash. Could it be the corn oil? I have a friend with corn allergies. You really need to figure out what your allergic to and find a substitute.
