just about to eat a gammon ham, sliced egg and salad sandwich served on thick granary bread, for dinner we are having baked chicken in barbecue sauce baked sweet potato and steamed veggies.Home made fat chips are the best, might have to make some this week.

Mums cooking is brilliant, I have had a cheese and tomato muffin some cheese and cucumber sandwiches. I am about to have some salt and vinegar crisps and follow it up with a cheese and onion slice.
