I think you should tell someone if you have feelings for them...the only thing that I would question is if they are really taken and serious with their current partner how did it come for you to develop feelings for them....but always be 100% honest about your feelings you never know they might be feeling the same way and waiting for you to speak up.

They say that.."All is fair in love and war"....well, that is not exactly true !!....In the above senario you are giving out, at least...one..person will get hurt badly...whether that is the one that loves someone from a distance...or the other half of the current couple......Decision time will be hard as someone will have to sacrifice their feelings and perhaps more than that !...(It takes time to make life changing decisions)!!.....good question, stay healthy and happy.........

Not if they were married but if they were taken then i will say it cuz u have a better chance of getting her. But if u go for the girl that's about to get married than i will it then but it has to be before she gets married not after

NO. It is not this person's place to decide to create a problem for this other person and their marriage. they should mind their own business and move on with their life, they probably had their chance and blew it. It is a very selfish thing to do. Live and learn.

It depends on how long you have known that person and how close you are. if you are very close, I think that it would be wise to tell them how you feel because she or he may feel the same way and you'd be giving up something that might be great.

Yes because I'm a 3rd grader and like this boy and told him he is in a relationship but we sing together we're best friends.He hangs at my tita's (AUNT) cause he likes to hang with my kapamiliya(FAMILY). So yea

I don't think so. It would make it awkward for him/her to actually get married knowing that you might still have feelings for them, you know? Because who knows how THEY might feel, and then it all just becomes a huge mess..

ofcourse you tell them - regrets suck alot, especially when it has to do with love, they suck big time!!
i had regrets until i found the girl 1 year later - dated her for 3 months - then realised we wernt that simmilar, either way find out
