Are you a home owner? if you are you may get one but otherwise, I dont think so. You would not be regarded as a good risk

try asking the social about a loan, I think they have a system for that and they take a little bit out of your benefit each month to pay it back. Providing the benefit is permanent and not something you could get over in a couple of months.

yes from one of those places that come out to collect every fortnight, but the interest rate is astronomical.
If you have a bank account from before you could get an overdraft. might be best to try to sell something on eBay, or a local auction, or in the free local papers, that way you will not be in debt, if you are not on the Internet for eBay a relative or friend might be. And when things improve later on you will very likely be able to replace your item from one of these sources or a charity shop instead of paying top price.

You can ask the DSS for a crisis loan which you pay back but if its for items like a cooker or heating ask for a Community Care Grant (ask for a lot more than you need as they always reduce it) you dont have to pay this back but must be on income support.

If your recieving benifit's you may be eligable for a council loan it's the same as a bank one but you dont pay any interest on it so you pay back what you've borrowed.phone up your local social security office they'll be able to give you more details.xx
