Depends on the situation, really.
If she's attractive, but isn't great in bed - could be salvaged if she has a nice personality (and can cook). This will also mean that she's high maintenance and may be very needy.
If she's unattractive, but is great in bed - definitely a plus because it will overcompensate for the lack of looks. A woman can always dress and carry herself sexy, so it's not a problem. Low maintenance and very appreciative.
