i am italian boy, and don't understand those words, can someone understand what is write?

the literal translation is "I look at my address and there are no notes on the terrible boy".
Thats assuming the "are" third word should be ar (Gaelic for at) and the "on" should be an.
Probably needs to be put in context to make sense.

Its Irish and I'm fluent, so here I come to the rescue!

its irish if thats any help, agus means and; notai can mean banknote and buachaill means boy sorry i cant be more help
