Should be asking this under Myanmar. Best is to check with your country;s embassy or trade office in Yangon how to go about this. Myanmar being a military junta will have quite strict rules for foreigners marrying local. So seek the official advice.

Please consult with Myanmar Embassy and also prepare for the dowry to offer to her parent. It is custom that "man" pay for the dowry in that country. Good luck to you.
