I work with her. She knows how I feal about her. She doesn't want anything to do with anyone from work. But I know that it would work because I would treat her like a queen.

Dude, what the hell is wrong with you? Why do you have to "conquer" a woman to be with her? I don't know too many women who aspire to be conquered by some dude. The situation is pretty simple to me, she doesn't want to date anyone she works with, which is a wise choice anyway. Who want's to be around their bf or gf all day? And there is NO way around that, bro. You can't decide for HER. You're just out of luck, go find another crush. Either that, or quit your job, then you wouldn't be "working" with her anymore, would you?

just be friends with her and hope that it develops to more than friendship later on. but dont be like a normal friend, do those extra things for her, like making her feel special and dont expect anything in return kind of stuff.
