I was in a club once and a guy had been watching what I was drinking, and rather then have the barmaid bring over a drink, he brought it over himself on a tray. I was impressed by the effort and thoughtfulness.. That was a good start.

Good old fashioned manners and charm have always worked for me. Make a lady feel special and she'll be putty in your hands. A bottle of wine also helps.

Compliments and making me laff gets me every time- it doesnt matter how you look, I was totally smitten with someone last week because he made me laugh so much throughout the whole evening. Shame I'm taken otherwise I would have pursued it!

Oneday, my partner said "do you fancy me?" out of the blue. I was a little surprised, but admired him for his straight talking. It worked for me.
