my boyfriend seems unexcited by the idea of prom, and i dont think he wants to go, probably because of the ticket price. i dont want to go by myself because ill be thinking of him the whole time, what should i do?

go just to say you went. for most, prom is a huge let down and an even bigger waste of time, however, those who just dont go eventually regret it.
just go to make an appearance and then bounce when the lame factor starts to kick in strong. at least if you go, you will get word on where the afterpartys are at

GO even if your BF doesnt you GO it is probably going to be the last time you see most of your school mates dont waste the opportunity i loved my prom it was great i didnt go with anyone but all the people who i wanted to be with were there. you dont wanna be hanging round one person its a time to take pictures and have a laugh

he prob isnt excited. guys generally dont get excited when u tell them they have to dress up, pay for expensive dinner AND pay for a ticket to see the same ppl he sees everyday at school. dont let him get u down tho...just keep making plans and have a good time

get your parents and his parents to split the price or work some extra hours to pay it off. You do have a job right?

You have to go....I din't and bioy..it is something every girl has to do in life....lol...hey if you can afford it ..you pay for everything or ask your parents to pay or split the cost with him...........if he is not going cause of $ then make it happen cause he should go too!

don't force him to go if he doesn't want to. you can still have loads of fun even when he's not around. then show him the pics to show him what he missed, especially you looking hot.
