If you just bought it, take it back as fast as you can.....
I bought the pinnacle pctv deluxe for $200 a year ago, and it has been a nightmare ever since, it doesnt work half the time, the video freeezes, the audio and video get out of sync constantly....I tried to email pinnacle, their tech support told me to upgrade my device......I just spent $200 at best buy for this thing and they told me to buy another one of their products..... and it was past 30 days so I couldnt take it back to best buy.....I cringe when I think about pinnacle.....
