No, water used for brewing green tea mustn't be boiled. It kills tea aromas. The water must be warmed at around 85 °C.

Depends on what kind of green tea you are about to drink. For exmple, japanese gyokuro turns bitter very easy and you should brew in water bellow boling point and let it steep for at most 45 seconds. Also in this kind of tea you would need to use a lot more teal leaves that a standard tea. Some other teas require longer steeping times and hotter water to steep in. An easy rule of thumb although not really a rule at all, is that the lowest grade the green tea you are about to steep, the higher the temperature and longer steeping times. But this is also completelly subjective and depends on what your taste for tea is. As long as I know you could love extremelly bitter tea and the it would not be wrong at all to steep a gyokuro tea for 20 minutes, or you could love watery tea and let steep a bancha tea for 20 seconds... All up to you and what you like... I say experiment...

You brew it the same as you would brew any other type of bagged tea.How strong you want it depends on the amount of water you brew it in and how big the bag/bags are.
