I have grown to really like this guy from work but i am confused,as to how he feels.
We both don't work on the same day, but he always has an excuse to visit me. We are able to hold conversations and joke around, but it can be extremely akward.
He can never usaully look me in the eyes and he turns bright red.
-He would do anything to help me
But when i asked if he wanted to join me at the movies, he looked suprised and told me that he was broke.
The following week he acted really quiet, and jelous when i worked with another male friend. If he is interested in me then why wont he ask me out?

He's probably very shy.
Asking him to go to a movie could be seen as being a bit intimidating, too much like a "date".
Try something that's a bit less like a date, such as joining in with morning coffee, or going along to the same work functions.
Or, when he has those "excuses" to visit you, perhaps you could ask him to fetch you both a coffee - you pay for them, of course. Letting him do something for you may just be the ice-breaker you need.

Your situation was like me.. He treated me same way as yours.. He definately likes u coz he seems jealous and find excuse to visit you even you're not working in the same day.
Anyway, some guys are a bit shy and nervous.. You must accept their weakness. Juz go for it ask him out for a lunch or a dinner.. And ask him why he acted strange nowadays. You can asked him whatever you want to ask.. Don't feel shy on it!! If you feel shy on it, your chances will lost and you will feel regret if you din try..

There could be a few reasons why he's not asking you out. Maybe he's really shy and afraid of rejection. Maybe he has a girlfriend. Or maybe he isn't interested in you as anything more than a friend.

Hon, He told you why he won't ask u out "HE"S BROKE" if you really like him suggest something that doesn't cost money like a picnic at the park or swimming etc. Honestly if he's working and is broke he's not for you. You got to pay to play is the saying.

Some people take a long time to get up their nerve to interact with someone they like. If you are interested you are going to have to move slowly with this one....
Maybe he isn't ready for a relationship, maybe he is looking for a friend right now and that is all......
