I havnt gotten mine yet. I've been the same height for 2 or 3 years. But on the other hand, my brother got it when he turned 12 and he is taller then me!!! I hope I get mine soon!

I got mine at 21 years of age! Just when I thought all my growing days were behind me I put up an extra inch. Don't lose hope!

You can get your growth spurt any time. My daughter was taller than me by the time she was fourteen and grew to be 5' 8". When she was 25 she gained another inch, making her a total of 5' 9". May be unusual but good eating habits, no junk food except for maybe a little chocolate. Being active helps too! Be positive. She seems to date guys that are her height or shorter.

Girls usually get their growth spurts earlier than boys 12- 14....boys can go from 12-15....but girls usually mature faster....in more ways than one! It will happen...don't rush it!

I was 16 and hadn't grown for a while. Then, one summer, I went from 5'7 to 6'1. Not a lie...I grew 1/2 a foot!...In one summer!

5'9" to 6'2" in 2 months when I was 14. Very awkward. 6'4" now and wouldn't have it any other way.
