It depends on what types of foods you are eating and how much you are exercising when determining how much weight you lose. Also, it's okay to have a treat here and there, just as long as you don't go overboard. You don't want to deprive yourself because that could lead to a binge, sabotaging your weight loss goals.
You never said how tall you were and what your height is. How much do you want to lose? The amount of time depends on this and how much you plan to exercise.

To lose weight you simply need to burn more calories a day than you are putting in while remaining healthy and not starving yourself!
Eating healthy foods and not snacking too much, combined with regular exercise throughout the week will work. It wont happen quickly but as time passes you will definately notice a difference. If you lose the weight too quickly you lose the wrong weight and will put it all back on again as soon as you try to eat normally. It needs to be a slow steady process where you burn calories and tone up all in one.
The odd 'treat' is always ok in moderation!

You should still lose weight if you are eating healthy food during the week, together with regular exercise. The odd treat will help you - look forward to the treats so that it may help you to keep to the healthy regime for the rest of the time.

Let me explain something eating healthy is a good start but eating less depending on what you eat now can be bad. aim to eat a sensible meal every 3 hours always eat breakfast to start your metabolism. not doing this can cause the body to go into an instinctive survival mode and the food you eat is stored as fat, for winter as it were. so aim to eat these meals as it prevents snacking and go to the gym. In regards to takeaway it really depends on what you get, go for a healthy low fat food or something tats freshly prepared with lean meat if possible

yes if you do all the those things you said during the week and just have a few treats at the end of the week . the unislim plan would suit you . you get so many units to eat and then you can save some for the weekend for treats, and also you can earn units from all the exercise you do to use

you can still loose weight, but will take a but longer, however if you stop eating those "nice" foods, your body will crave them even more, and make it harder to continue the diet.
