Ah God, in that they are a natural thing. I don't think God decides where the hurricanes are gonna go. Some people tried to say hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans, because gay people had a parade in that city, but the gay part of New Orleans and the are that has all the Mardi Gras drinking and stripping were the only parts of the city not under water!

hurricanes are a force of nature & there is no way in hell that Man could ever "make" a hurricane

god is a force of man man invented god

on the other hand if Man causes the Earth to heat up rapidly un naturally, then YES, Man would be responsible for MORE AND STRONGER Hurricanes, all running amok.
