Fruit has calories, just like any other food so it depends on what and how much you eat. Although fruit is good for you as part of a healthy diet it does not contain all the vitamins etc that you body needs to keep healthy while dieting. You need a balanced diet and will lose as much weight, properly, with that than trying a crash diet. A healthy diet, depending on your size, you can lose 4+ pounds on the first couple of weeks and an average (remember average not guaranteed) of around 2lbs per week thereafter.

I know its not what you want to hear, but that is not a healthy method of losing weight. Your body isn't getting enough of the minerals and vitamins that it needs eating just fruit. And are you going to eat just fruit for the rest of your life? You should be looking at foods that will always be a part of your diet or your just going to put all the weight back on. I too looked for miracle ways to lose weight and nothing works in the long run. I'm on my second week with Weight Watchers and I've lost 10lbs! The thing thats great about Weight Watchers is on the flex plan, you can eat pretty much whatever you want, you just need to watch your portions. On the core plan you can eat as much as you want, but only certain foods. Whatever works for you. The best part of it all is you can join online and you don't have to go to meetings. They offer a free 7-week trial period, so whats to lose other than weight?!

Could be more than you think as you may well get diarrhoea, but that sort of weight loss will be temporary. It is not healthy to have no protein in your diet, and overall faddy ways to loose weight almost never result in sustained weight loss.

If you are serious about loosing weight chose a more balanced diet. Even more important GET OFF THE COUCH. If you don't take a decent amount of exercise you will get nowhere.

Fruit has the same sugar as table sugar. You could probably lose just as much eating candy bars. The worse ones are grapes and banana's.

Berries are the lowest in sugar content. This type of diet isn't a good healthy choice.

2-3 pounds each and every week is a reliable, healthful purpose. yet you could not do it with merely watching what you devour. Do cardio some cases each and every week blended with potential coaching. going surfing and searching for routines is a reliable thought, or getting a subscription to well-being magazine. It has a lot of routines which you do not want a gymnasium extra, and that they artwork merely as reliable. As for what you devour, save on with culmination, vegetables, lean meats, protein, and fiber. Watch the quantity of juice you devour, and intensely attempt ingesting water. not in basic terms will all of this make you look extra useful down the line, yet you will notice a metamorphosis in the way you sense in very practically 2 weeks.

This isn't a question with a right answer, it all depends on how much you eat, at what time, and what type of body you have. Also how your metabolism is. I just like eating normal but selecting healthier choices so I get all the carbohydrates, protein, fiber, etc.

Depends on how much fruit you eat.

If you eat enough you'll even put on weight.

you´ll probably lose a few pounds but remember that that´s crash dieting and that after you´ll put on double the amount that you lost...i can tell you this from experience. Diet more naturally and avoid the yo-yo effect

Hardly ANY, - weight loss, is about eating a BALANCED diet!

Living on JUST one thing, - FRUIT, - in this case, - is, actually, BAD FOR YOU, so, PLEASE, don't EVEN CONSIDER IT! Be SENSIBLE, - for your OWN sake!
