Is there some law out there that says all telemarketers must sound like Betty Boop?

Actually there is. Congress had nothing better to do one day so they put forth a motion to make all telemarketers sound like B.B. and it passed. This happened after the Dems took over.

No, but there is one that says they must call at the most inconvenient times - like at dinner, right when you get out of the shower, early in the morning, when your favorite television show is on, etc.

So next time, go easy on them, it is not their fault - it is the LAW! Ha Ha! Cheers! <:o)
