SWT is the shortform for Subhanahu wa ta'ala which means "Perfect Glory is to Almighty". Allah is Arabic word which means Almighty God. The arabic word Allah does not neither refer a gender nor there is plural word for it. Allah is not Almighty God of Muslims. It refers to one and only God of the mankind.

It's an abbreviation for "Subhana Wa Ta'ala" It can be translated as Glory be to Allah the most high. We say it as worship, primarily. We also use it when we hear or so see something that disrespects Allah (SWT).
