The main question is... are you interested? (though from your very last sentence, I'm going to lean on the side of... NO)
Anyways, if you are interested, then just tell them up front that you're not married. Many couples aren't looking to do a complete swap anyways and maybe they're just looking for an extra guy to get in on the action.
