Yes, Simon & Garfunkel's song was 'Celia', nice love song. Cecilia is a beuatiful name, here in Italy. It derives from Roman patrician family and before from Etruscan peoples. It seems related with a person with 'little eyes'.

I think its beautiful, artsy has a flair about it and a whimsical kind of sound-rhyme when you say it, which makes it mysterious, too! And, it's different, not something you'd hear every day...so, on a scale of 1 - 10 (10 being bestest) I's give it a 9.
