i have asus p5w dh motherboard it say that under windows XP 32-bit OS it has limitation up to 3GB and in?

windows XP 64 bit pro it will help up 8GB ..if i install XP 32 bit and use 8GB ram it will show up to 3Gb but . will it work as full ram 8GB ..mean its not showing the right amount but its working to right amout 8GB ?

You can only access 3 GB if you run the 32 bit OS, you need the addition 32bit system to access the rest.

So no it simply doesn't exist without the 64bit system installed.
